Cranberry Chicken |
|
2-5 chicken breasts
1 pkg of onion soup mix
1 can of whole cranberries
1/2 of small bottle of russian dressing
Mix ingredients and spread over clean chicken in a roasting pan.
Pre heat oven to 350. Bake covered for 45 min to 1 hour
depending on size of chicken |

Cold Veggie Pizza |

Fabulous recipe for getting kids to eat their
veggies
but Adults love it too and it just disappears as an
appetizer or snack.
Open and spread out 1 package of Pillsbury
Crescent rolls, press edges together and bake as per package,
let cool.
Mix package of softened Philadelphia cream cheese, 1/4 cup
mayonnaise and 1 tsp dry dill
weed, spread on the Pillsbury crust. Top with finely
chopped tomato, broccoli, red onion, and sweet peppers (
red, green, yellow or orange) and a sprinkling of grated cheese.
Cut in small squares and enjoy

Easy Pecan Pie |
3 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp organic all purpose flour
1 cup organic corn syrup
2 tbsp melted orgnic butter
1 tsp vanilla extract (preferably natural vanilla bean)
11/2 cups organic pecan halves
1 deep dish organic pie shell
Beat the eggs in a medium sized bowl and mix in flour,
sugar,
corn syrup, butter and vanilla.
Pour the mixture into a thawed pie shell. Bake in
preheated oven
(350 degrees F/180 degrees C)
for 50 - 55 minutes. Enjoy!

Mushroom
log Appetizer |
Using Pillsbury
crescent roll package, separate the pkg into 4 squares .
Mix 1/2 pkg of Philadelphia cream cheese and drain and mix in 1 small can
of chopped mushrooms, blend till smooth and spread over
the roll square. Roll it up from the long
side to form a log. Slice into 1/2 " slices and
leave standing. Bake according to
instructions on roll package.
Enjoy warm
