you just wanting to get out for some regular exercise ? Well
you're in luck !!! Come out to the newly formed 'NEIGHBOURS ON
THE RUN'. We will meet every Tuesday night at 7:30PM in the Tim
Horton's parking lot for an evening of social exercise. There
will be all levels of fitness so don't be discouraged. Even if
you've never walked faster than a toddler pace, that's OK. All
neighbours are welcome !!! See you there !!! |
